Juliana Manzanarez is a seasoned immigration attorney with over seven years of experience, known for her unwavering commitment to social justice and community empowerment. As the daughter of immigrants, Juliana understands the transformative power of education and advocacy, which drives her dedication to empowering clients and uplifting marginalized communities.
Juliana provides comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients on a range of immigration issues, including citizenship, green card applications, political asylum, waivers, and U Visas. She has successfully represented clients in Immigration Court hearings, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her litigation experience includes preparing motions to challenge deportation, advocating for bond proceedings to secure clients’ release from detention, and filing habeas corpus petitions and injunctive relief applications in U.S. District Court.
Her practice is grounded in a client-centered approach, ensuring every individual feels empowered and informed throughout their legal journey.
Beyond her legal practice, Juliana serves as the Civic Engagement Project Organizer for Arizona State University’s State of Latinos (SoL) initiative, where she led the inaugural event uniting policymakers, community leaders, and experts to address Latino civic participation.
