Our Team

Juliana Manzanarez is an immigration attorney with more than nine years of experience in removal defense, federal litigation, and appellate advocacy. As Founder of Via Law Group, she represents individuals and families facing complex deportation, asylum, and family-based immigration matters.

Juliana handles deportation defense, bond hearings, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, motions to reopen long-closed cases, and federal habeas litigation. She has secured release from detention, reopened cases years after closure, prevented deportation in high-risk situations, won asylum, and obtained cancellation of removal for long-term residents seeking to remain with their families. She also advises families on adjustment of status, waivers, and naturalization.

As the daughter of immigrants, Juliana understands how critical accurate legal guidance can be at pivotal moments. She believes education is the foundation of effective decision-making and prioritizes clarity in every case. Whether representing someone in removal proceedings or guiding a family through naturalization, she provides direct, honest assessments so clients fully understand their risks, options, and long-term strategy.
